The Budding Branch Customer Protection Process is an approach to our work that puts the long-term interests of our customers first. We believe in offering our clients fair treatment, honest advice, and following procedures that protect their property and give them peace of mind.
This approach has been a big part of our success as landscape contractors, as more and more clients recommend us to their friends and neighbors. - We are fully licensed. Maryland Home Improvement License #121532
- We are fully insured, including Worker’s Compensation. This policy protects the homeowner as much as it protects our employees and our business. If an uninsured or underinsured contractor is hurt performing work on your property and doesn’t cover their employees’ Worker’s Comp insurance, you could be liable as the property owner.
- All work is completed to code, with the proper permits. We pull the proper permits and follow proper building codes.
- We only work with thoroughly-vetted tradesmen. For specialized tasks when outside tradesmen are required, we only use tradesmen from our trusted network of experienced, insured, and responsible subcontractors.
Our Scheduling & Communication Process
While many landscape contractors believe in starting a job as quickly as possible, even if that means leaving the customer in the middle of the project for weeks at a time, we schedule our projects so we can focus our efforts on your job and complete it in the time frame we promise you. We communicate consistently and keep you up to date on our progress. We have multiple crews and are capable of working on multiple jobs simultaneously, with owner Rob Boswell to manage the job and oversee the process.
Focus on the Long-Term Health of Your Property
We want your landscape to function and look beautiful for years to come, and that means doing the job right from the start. Every aspect of your job is considered – from the grading and drainage of your site and how it will affect your home to the materials selected for hardscape construction and the type of trees and shrubs we plant and the way we plant them. We also offer seasonal maintenance to keep your new landscape looking its best.
We don’t consider the job complete until all the construction debris and any trash is removed, the driveway is clean, and any disturbed areas are repaired. When the job is complete, we’ll walk you through the installation and explain how to care for your new landscape. We appreciate the investment you’ve made in your home and the trust you’ve put in us to do the job.
